These terms govern your use of Lumenosis AI. By booking a strategy call or signing a service agreement, you agree to them.

Services

We provide AI agent installation, training, and ongoing operation for real estate teams. Specifics of your engagement are documented in your separate signed agreement.

Acceptable use

You may not use Lumenosis AI to harass, deceive, defraud, or violate consumer protection law. You may not bypass platform policies (TCPA, CAN-SPAM, Fair Housing, Skool, Meta, Google) using our service.

Compliance

You are responsible for collecting valid prior express written consent for SMS and call recording in your jurisdiction. We provide tooling and templates; you sign off on compliance posture before launch.

Termination

You may cancel a monthly engagement with thirty days notice. We may terminate immediately for breach of acceptable use.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is capped at the fees paid in the trailing three months. We do not warrant that AI agents will be infallible. Escalation to human owners is the safety net.

Disputes

Texas law governs. Disputes go to binding arbitration in Austin, Texas, except claims that may be heard in small claims court.
